College Intern
Job Functions:
- Support the design and creation of important, time-sensitive materials including ads, flyers, infographics, web banners, etc., using Adobe Creative suite of tools.
- Support Marketing and Communication's social media development and placement of content and marketing (including "paid social" placements/program) to advance MarComm goals of building engagement and affinity among internal and external audiences.
- Work as part of team to identify and produce (shoot and edit) engaging and timely video content for use on social and other channels.
- Assist with monitoring and tracking/reporting on UTMB's primary social channels and targeted web pages.
- Support basic digital communication and web activities by creating, reviewing and updating content using a content management system and existing QA and other tools.
- Be able to meet deadlines, and work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Adheres to internal controls and reporting structure.
