Clinical Nurse Specialist (APRN): APCS Nursing Administration - ICU/Critical Care
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: RN with Master’s degree in Nursing with clinical and CNS tract requirements. Five years of clinical RN experience in appropriate specialty area required.
Preferred: RN with a Doctorate degree in Nursing
LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS OR CERTIFICATIONS
Required:
- Texas Board of Nursing license as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) in the role of CNS
- Current license or valid permit to practice professional nursing in Texas
- Specialty nursing certification appropriate to specialty area assigned
- Maintains certification in advanced emergency interventions when applicable to selected patient populations
SALARY RANGE: Commensurate with experience.
