Clinical Instructor, Respiratory Care
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Provide supervision and evaluation of students during assigned rotations, including competency and affective evaluations.
- 2Documentation of student progress in the clinical tracking system.
- 3Completion of annual compliance training.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
Advance Credential (at least one of the following:)
- Pulmonary Function Technology Examination CPFT or RPFT
- Adult Critical Care Specialist (ACCS)
- Neonatal/Pediatric Specialist (NPS)
- Sleep Disorders Specialist (SDS)
- Asthma Educator Certification (AE-C)
- 2 years ICU experience
- Member of AARC/TSRC. Education section strongly encouraged.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Master's Degree
- 2-5 years clinical experience
SALARY:
Commensurate with experience.
