Biostatistician I - Office of Biostatistics
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Masters degree in Biostatistics, Statistics or related field.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Two years of related experience in Statistics or Biostatistics. Experience in analyzing health outcomes from health insurance claims data.
PREFERRED SKILL/COMPETENCY:
- Personal computer.
- Proficiency in computing, including knowledge of statistical packages such as SAS, SPSS, R, or SQL.
- Familiar with database management.
- Problem-solving.
- Excellent communication skills
- Good organization skills
- Knowledge of statistical and scientific research design.
- Knowledge of data files handling techniques.
