Minimum Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Biostatistics, Statistics, Bioinformatics or related field.  No experience required.

 

Preferred Work Experience:

  • Two years of related experience in bioinformatics, biostatistics, or related field.

 

Preferred Skill/Competency:

  • Detailed knowledge of commonly used bioinformatics and biostatistical software programs
  • Relevant bioinformatics experience in NGS and genomics data analysis, as well as using bioinformatics databases
  • Familiar with NGS library preparation, PCR, qPCR relative wet lab skills 
  • Familiar with database management
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • Good organization skills 
  • Knowledge of statistical and scientific research design
