Associate Human Resources Generalist - CMC HR Employee Services
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:

Ability to perform tasks on own initiative with "minimal" guidance while exercising discretion and judgment.

Developing HR professional.

Basic knowledge of Human Resources and employment law.

Developing partnership and general understanding of customer's business and current issues.

Strong communication skills, both oral and written.

Developing presentation and facilitation skills.

Basic to moderate level of impact and influence with customers.

Moderate analytical and problem solving skills.

Moderately competent use of personal computers and general office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Outlook.

Strong attention to detail and problem resolution skills.

Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple assignments simultaneously.
REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience. Two (2) years directly related HR experience.
PREFERRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
- Experience using PeopleSoft HCM, Taleo or other HR related software platform.
- Experience using KRONOS Workforce Central or other timekeeping & attendance software platform.
- Moderate experience using Skype, Microsoft Teams, or other virtual conference software.
- Experience providing HR support to a large employee base across multiple work locations.
- Ability to work remotely and access systems using high speed internet as needed.
Salary is commensurate with years of relevant work experience.
