Assistant Professor - Bioethics & Health Humanities
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Direct, Bioethics & Health Humanities Graduate Program.
- Teach and mentor graduate and medical students, and students of other health professions, including interprofessional education.
- Provide medical humanities and ethics education for faculty and staff.
- Engage in and publish original research, including results from collaborative activities.
- Other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- PhD, JD, or MD with research and teaching interests in the health humanities and/or bioethics.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- The ideal candidate should have experience in an academic health center and a record of both scholarly publication and graduate-level teaching.
SALARY:
Commensurate with experience
