MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
MD or DO degree, ABFM board certified, Texas Medical License current or eligible, DPS eligible. At least three years of experience.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Current valid/unrestricted Texas Medical License
SALARY: $220,000 commensurate with experience
