Assistant Dean, Educational Affairs - Office of Clinical Education, School of Medicine
Minimum Qualifications:
- MD/DO or PhD degree
- Three years of experience in medical education at an LCME-accredited US medical school
Preferred Qualifications:
- Five years of experience in medical education
- Experience as course/clerkship director or other educational leadership position
- Experience as a manager with direct reports
- Experience in an Academic Health Center
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities:
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Excellent interpersonal skills; must be able to work with a wide range of stakeholders, including students, physicians and staff
- Ability to plan, organize, set, and accomplish goals
- Ability to organize and present data in a concise manner
- Effective problem-solving and prioritization skills
- Passion for student success
- Commitment to professionalism
