REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in related field.
- One (1) year related experience.
PREFERRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
- Experience in customer service, Pearl EHR, Oracle, SQL, Ivanti (or other) ticketing system, MS Word, and MS Excel.
Salary is commensurate with years of relevant work experience.
