Administrative Secretary, Educational Development
Min Qualifications
- High school or equivalent with 4 years of related experience.
Specific Job-Related Duties
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Assists assistant deans, directors and course coordinators as needed
- Schedules meetings and maintains electronic calendars for numerous faculty and staff
- Produces promotional announcements for educational events
- Maintains physical bulletin boards and website
- Assists with ordering/purchasing supplies
- Composes, types and proofs finished copies of confidential correspondence
- Updates and produces statistical and financial reports as necessary
- Types meeting minutes, manuscripts, or technical material using appropriate computer software
- Develops and monitors department record keeping and filing systems
- Determines work priorities and monitors progress toward work deadlines
- Acts as a liaison with other campus departments on routine matters
- Adheres to internal controls established for the departments
- Performs other and related duties as required
Preferred Work Experience
- Procurement and travel/expenses transactions
- Kronos
- Excel
- Proficient in Word
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook
- Proficient in O365 SharePoint

Commensurate with experience
