Min Qualifications

  • High school or equivalent with 4 years of related experience.

Specific Job-Related Duties

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Assists assistant deans, directors and course coordinators as needed
  • Schedules meetings and maintains electronic calendars for numerous faculty and staff
  • Produces promotional announcements for educational events
  • Maintains physical bulletin boards and website
  • Assists with ordering/purchasing supplies
  • Composes, types and proofs finished copies of confidential correspondence
  • Updates and produces statistical and financial reports as necessary
  • Types meeting minutes, manuscripts, or technical material using appropriate computer software
  • Develops and monitors department record keeping and filing systems
  • Determines work priorities and monitors progress toward work deadlines
  • Acts as a liaison with other campus departments on routine matters
  • Adheres to internal controls established for the departments
  • Performs other and related duties as required

Preferred Work Experience

  • Procurement and travel/expenses transactions
  • Kronos
  • Excel
  • Proficient in Word
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook
  • Proficient in O365 SharePoint

Salary:

Commensurate with experience
