Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in related field; 2 years related experience.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree and 3 years' experience
Job Description:
To provide professional guidance, supervision, and coordination in the administrative duties of a department.
Job Duties:
- Plans, organizes, and coordinates administrative duties for all stakeholders of the COE.
- Manages daily business operation for the COE.
- Ensures the goals and objectives specified are accomplished in accordance with prescribed priorities, deadlines and funding conditions.
- Assesses program status and implements appropriate actions.
- Coordinates procurement of equipment and supplies and manages all phases of acquisition cycle.
- Collects and maintains the COE data for special projects and reports.
- Provides technical advice to assist in solving problems.
- Serves as a resource and subject matter expert.
- Adheres to internal controls and reporting structure.
Performs related duties as required.
