Min Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related field

Specific Job Related Duties:

  • Coordinates Commercial and Executive Space Medicine Clinic operations.
  • Coordinate Aerospace Medicine Grand Rounds CME/MOC process, Journal Club, summer courses and other didactic sessions.
  • Submit and maintain credentialing process for division healthcare providers.
  • Process travel for ASM faculty, staff and contract employees.
  • Provide administrative support to the Aerospace Medicine Residency Training program.
  • Works with course director to coordinate the Aerospace Medical School Track.
  • Provides staff assistance in the development and interpretation of policies and procedures relative to the division.
  • Assists with maintaining and reconciling divisional accounts.
  • Organizes the secretarial and clerical operations of the department by establishing, reviewing, and revising internal procedures and workflow.
  • Acts as divisional liaison with other departments and agencies regarding inventory control, records retention, equipment, and maintenance repair, purchasing, safety, and other administrative matters.
  • Adheres to internal controls established for department. 
  • Performs related duties as required.

Salary Range:

Commensurate with experience 

Preferred Work Experience:

  • New Innovations, Adobe Acrobat, KRONOS
  • PeopleSoft and Service Center a plus
  • 1-3 years administrative experience
  • MS Office, EPIC/Cadence, remote video/meeting platforms (MS Teams, Zoon, etc.), SharePoint
  • Strong organizational, communication and customer service skills
