Administrative Associate, Pediatric Hematology
Min Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in related field. No experience required.
Specific Job Related Duties:
- Providing support to Pediatric Adolescent and Behavioral Health, Cardiology, Hematology/Oncology, and PICU faculty/divisions
- Updating and distributing on-call schedules and entering in AMCOM
- Maintaining updated CV / Biosketch on each faculty
- Submitting credentialing reappointment applications as needed
- Setting up monthly division meetings and taking minutes
- Keeping up with CME's/CEU's
- Maintaining records of current license, certifications, and malpractice insurance
- Processing time in Kronos
- Monitoring the M&O budgets
- Managing divisional inventory
- Assisting other divisional support staff as needed
- Maintain faculty Discretionary Accounts
- Run Quarterly Press Ganey Reports
- Gather Data/Reports for the Monthly Pediatric Quality Management Care meetings
