Administrative Associate, Pediatric Administration
Min Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in related field. No experience required.
Specific Job Related Duties:
- Providing support to Pediatric Vice Chair and other Pediatric faculty
- Maintaining updated CV / Biosketch
- Submitting credentialing reappointment applications as needed
- Setting up meetings and taking minutes
- Maintaining records of current license, certifications, and malpractice insurance
- Processing time in Kronos
- Monitoring the M&O budgets
- Maintaining faculty CME’s/CEU’s
- Managing divisional inventory
- Assisting other divisional support staff as needed
- Coordinate the Appointment, Promotion, and Tenure (APT) Program in Pediatrics
- Assist with purchasing for resident discretionary funds
- Assist with recruitment preparation and interview day
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding resident checklists
- Assist with the weekly Academic Half Day (AHD) presentations, schedule, attendance, and tracking of Maintenance of Education (MOE) point requirements
- Assist with resident scholarly activity documentation collecting
